How to Apply

 

Thank you for your interest in Elwy Schools

The admission process in Elwy Schools usually starts between December and January of each year.  Applications and supporting documents should be submitted to the Admission Office .

Steps of applying:

• Once the application is completed, submit it to one of the receptionists along with 1 passport size photo of your child, a copy of the birth certificate (new version), the most recent report from his/her nursery or current school, and a copy of each parent’s education certificate.

• After processing your application, you will be contacted by the administration office with an assessment date and time for you and your child.  Please note that this invitation for assessment does not mean that a place has been guaranteed for your child, they may be placed on the waiting list until the availability of spaces.

• Older students are tested individually to assess their academic level in English, Maths and Arabic, then you will receive a call from the school, informing you of  the interview date and time with the School Director.

• Once your child has been awarded a place at the school, you will be asked to pay the first installment of the school fees to ensure his/her place for the new academic year.

• When the required payment have been established, you have joined our Elwy Schools Family.

Pre-Kindergarten Level

 

The parents of Pre-KG students wishing to join Elwy Language Schools in the Academic Year 2023-2024

Please  fill in an application form for admission on our website and submit it to our email and the school will set appointments for interviews at school.

 

Please consider the following conditions:

1. The child should have turned the age of 3 years and 6 months for Pre-KG on the 1st of October.

2. The child should pass the interview and the tests set by the school.

3. The parents must be able to converse in English Language

4. Admission will be based on the student's evaluation and priorities will be given to elder applicants.

5. The parents should be available for a personal interview with the Director General on the date and time set for such a meeting.

In the interview please submit the necessary certificates

1. A copy of the child's Birth Certificate and one photograph.

2. Copies of the parents' university qualifications and their National ID Cards.

3. Acopy of the child's achievement report from his previous nursery/school.
