Lower Scondary Programme
During these stages students carry on their studies in the core subjects, of English, Mathematics, and Science culminating in The Cambridge Primary Checkpoint Progression tests taken at the end of Year 8.
Students are also required to study the Ministry of Education curriculum, and pass the Ministry exams, for Arabic Language, Religion and Social Studies.
Cambridge Grade 9 Pre - IGCSE
This is the transition scheme equivalent to the final year (Edadeya) of the Preparatory Stage. Grade 9 covers IGCSE English, Mathematics and all three Science subjects (Biology, Chemistry and Physics) at the “Core” Level.
It provides a progression to secondary stage and IGCSE. The Academic levels of the subjects are equivalent to the Egyptian national system. However, the way the contents of the subjects are delivered and the style of the exams differs.
